FREE CHANGING THE NUMBERS SUPPORT
Accountants are the numbers experts. But traditionally they have limited themselves to simply measuring and accepting the numbers. AVN Accountants don’t believe that is enough. So they are pioneering a new approach to accountancy called ‘Changing the numbers – real change for business owners who want real change.’

Explaining what this means in practice, AVN The Accountants say:

“We’ve never met a business that doesn’t want to change the numbers – whether it’s the number of hours they work, the number of customers they have or the number of pound notes they have in the bank – every business we have ever met wants to change the numbers.

So what we do as AVN Accountants is help businesses change the numbers. In fact, to us that’s what accountancy actually means – changing the numbers. Of course, not through creative accountancy – but by using our understanding of what lies behind the numbers to help bring about real change.

And it’s a three stage process…

Stage one (called “Discover”) is where we discover the numbers that matter to the business` owner (which tells us where your business is now).

Stage two (“Evaluate”) is where we ask the question ‘Are you happy with those numbers? And if not, what would you like those numbers to be?’ (which tells us where you want to be).

And Stage three (“Change”) is where we sit down with you and work out how to change the numbers so that they make you the business owner happy (which creates an action plan for getting your business from where it is to where you want it to be).

For obvious reasons, Changing the numbers is a premium service. But many AVN Accountants have offered to apply elements of the Changing the numbers process to a limited number of businesses for free.
